Still (1828-1917).<\/h4>\n<p>Hij stichtte in 1892 de eerste school voor osteopathie. Hij kwam tot zijn nieuwe medische filosofie na een intensieve zoektocht werd vanuit diverse hoeken be\u00efnvloed. His focus was to resolve movement restrictions to enhance the circulation of bodily fluids. Still\u2019s approach turned out to be quite successful, not only on the topic of muscle-related complaints, but also around other disorders of the body. Based on this, the modern definition of osteopathy had arisen. Nowadays, osteopathy is a well-respected profession practiced all over the world.<br>De aanpak van Still bleek zeer succesvol, niet alleen bij spiergerelateerde klachten, maar ook bij andere aandoeningen van het lichaam. Op basis hiervan is de moderne definitie van Osteopathie ontstaan.
