I have always been interested in a holistic approach to the body and mind. Since I was young I have tried many different things such as acupuncture, naturopath, foot reflexology, mesologist and osteopath. I have noticed that I cope better with this and that people look better at the whole person instead of just the symptom. I have often needed an integrated approach.
I really enjoy the fact that I can now work in an integrated center where everything comes together and talks together. In my opinion, it is super important that different disciplines talk to each other and learn from each other. So I think it's a great idea that I can be part of this and help with the ins and outs of the practice.

In my personal life I have had a number of wonderful experiences abroad. From 2015 to 2023, my family and I lived in the Cayman Islands for four years and then in Toronto for 4 years. This was a very nice experience! Now back in the Netherlands and it is time for a fresh start.
